Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding public agreement between FixPoint and the client regarding website design, software engineering, and digital setup services. Remitting the project deposit or formally approving the project brief constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

1. Scope of Work and Service Packages

The Developer agrees to design, build, and deliver custom web solutions according to the specifications of the selected package:

• Start Package ($150): single-page conversion landing page (up to 6 core sections), responsive mobile and desktop layouts, core SEO structuring, copywriting, and instant Telegram inquiry dispatch.
• Professional Package ($300): multi-page website or advanced landing page, interactive quotation calculators, analytics tracking integration, and guaranteed Google Lighthouse 95+ performance optimization.
• Mini-Store Package ($450): e-commerce catalog (up to 100 products), frictionless mobile cart workflow, and integrated online payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

2. Pricing and Payment Schedule

All project engagements adhere strictly to fixed budgets and predictable milestones:

• Package prices are fixed at kickoff. No unexpected surprise invoices, hidden hosting markups, or hourly billing inflation.
• Development commences immediately upon receipt of a 50% upfront project deposit and completion of the onboarding checklist. The deposit is refunded if the initial demo version does not match the brief.
• The remaining 50% balance is payable only after reviewing the staging deployment and completing approved revision cycles. Domain configuration and full codebase handoff occur strictly after the final 50% payment is cleared.

3. Delivery Timeline and 3-Working-Day Launch Guarantee

We operate with strict delivery schedules to get your business online rapidly:

• The countdown (3 working days for Start, 7 working days for Professional) starts strictly once the 50% deposit and 100% of required materials (branding assets, media, pricing) are received.
• Financial accountability: if the agreed launch deadline is missed due to the Developer, the Client receives a 10% discount off the project fee for each overdue business day (capped at a maximum of 50%).
• Timelines pause during pending client feedback intervals exceeding 24 hours or third-party payment provider verification procedures.

4. Revisions, Handover, and 6-Month Warranty

Every completed build is backed by solid engineering standards and post-launch protection:

• Each package includes 2 full rounds of detailed revisions within the agreed scope before going live.
• Upon final balance clearance (100% settlement), 100% of repository code, hosting credentials, and domain DNS ownership are transferred directly to the Client.
• Comprehensive 6-month technical warranty: any coding anomalies, layout regressions, or script defects are resolved free of charge.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon settlement of the final invoice, all proprietary rights to the custom source code, markup, and visual compositions transfer entirely to the Client. The Client assumes full legal responsibility for rights clearance regarding all submitted brand logos, trademarks, and copywriting assets.
